Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, and customs fees that may apply.

If the order is returned to us, the customer can request a refund or a reshipment.

  • Refund: Shipping fees and any other costs (e.g. admin fees, tariffs, and duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Reshipment: We'll resent the order if the customer pays for the reshipment fees and any other costs (e.g. admin fees, tariffs, and duties). The order must be reshipped with tracked shipping.

Reshipment requirements:

  1. The reshipment request must be done within 30 days after we’ve notified the customer of the returned package.
  2. After the reshipment agreement, the customer has 14 days to pay the reshipment fees and any other costs (e.g. admin fees, tariffs, and duties).

If the customer fails to complete the above requirements, the ordered items will be refunded, and the products will be put back in the shop for sale.

Please do not ask us to adjust or forge item values on customs forms. This is illegal.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
