Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We also don't combine orders. The following cases will not be refunded:
- The buyer forgot to check out with a coupon code. It's not possible to cancel the first order and place a new one with a discount code.
- The buyer submitted a wrong and/or incomplete shipping address and the order is already shipped.
- Orders that are incomplete or arrived damaged because of how the post office and/or customs handled the order. Please send us a photo of the damage.
- B-grade items, oops bags, mystery bags, and samples are final purchases. Buying these items the buyer understands that these items can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Items that are part of a fundraiser. All the profits, or a part, from these items go to charity. We are not able to get the funds back, therefore a refund is not possible.
If you submitted a wrong and/or incomplete shipping address or your order didn't arrive after the estimated shipping times, we're happy to send a replacement. All fees, including tracked shipping, must be paid by the buyer. You must contact us within 7 days of shipment arrival, or 60 days after your purchase date. The reshipment fees must be paid within 14 days after the customer contacts us.
Please check if everything is correct before placing an order because we don't refund orders. However, if there is a problem with your order or the shipping address isn't correct please fill out the contact form or contact us at poyuraco.info@gmail.com as soon as possible or before your order is shipped.
