Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends and holidays.

Standard shipping: Orders are shipped as stamped mail to keep shipping costs as low as possible. It doesn't include tracking so we can't locate your package. We kindly ask you to wait patiently for your mail to arrive.
Tracked shipping: Orders are shipped as a parcel and a tracking number will be sent to your provided email as soon as your order is shipped.
Free tracked shipping: Dutch orders €50+ and international orders €150+ get free tracked shipping. You’ll see Free tracked shipping at checkout when you reach the minimum order amount, after discounts and taxes. A tracking number will be sent to your provided email once we’ve shipped your order.
*Tracked shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended. This is because shipping couriers have stopped shipping all parcels to the US. We don't know when tracked shipping will be resumed. Stamped mail (standard shipping) is still allowed. Everything in our shop can be shipped using this shipping method.

Lost order
Even though it rarely happens, orders may get lost. Once we hand over the mail to the post office, it is out of our control. If you think your order is lost, please check with your local post office and the tracking number before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders and they cannot be refunded.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated shipping times, we are happy to send a replacement. It must be shipped with tracked shipping to make sure it arrives safely. We kindly ask you to cover the reshipment fees. Message us on our contact form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, and fees that may apply.
If the order is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay the tariffs, duties, and fees, the buyer can request either a refund or a reshipment.
- Refund: The shipping fee and any other costs (e.g. admin fees, tariffs, and duties) will be deducted from the total order amount.
- Reshipment: If the buyer wants the order to be reshipped, the buyer must pay for the reshipment fees and any other costs we had to cover for the return shipment (e.g. admin fees, tariffs, and duties). The order must be reshipped with tracked shipping.
Reshipment requirements:
- The reshipment request must be done within 30 days after we’ve notified the buyer of the returned package.
- After the reshipment agreement, the buyer has 14 days to send us the payment for the reshipment fees.
If the buyer fails to complete the above requirements, the products will be put back in the shop for sale.
Please do not ask us to adjust or forge item values on customs forms. This is illegal.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
